Overview

codecafe24 (https://codecafe24.in) provides a stateless EU e-invoicing API. We process invoice data only in volatile memory for the duration of each API request and do not persist invoice content on our servers.

Data we collect

• Account data: work email address and workspace identifiers when you sign up.
• Usage metadata: API call counts, timestamps and error codes for billing and support (not invoice payloads on trial plans).
• Invoice payloads: processed in memory only and not stored after the response is sent.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process account and billing data under contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoice processing is performed solely to deliver the API service you request.

Data location

All processing occurs in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
